Our Guarantee
We guarantee our products for 12 months from the date of purchase. Here are some common troubleshooting tips to try before getting in touch.
Standard LED Lights
To change the batteries: unscrew the dome on the front of the unit (it should be a bit stiff). Then using a nail or thin blunt instrument prise out the battery container from the housing. Push the batteries sideways to release them and replace with 2 x CR2032 Lithium Batteries.
Rechargeable LED Lights
If water enters the housing, simply shake excess water out and then leave in a warm, dry place for 24 hours with the charging port cover removed. The circuit board is waterproof and will not be harmed by being immersed.
Bodyboards
